Primary & Family Care

Our primary care team provides preventive, routine, and ongoing healthcare for patients of all ages.

  • HIV testing and counseling
  • Sterilization referrals, including vasectomy referrals

Behavioral Health

Integrated Behavioral Health support is connected to your primary care at Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy. Our Behavioral Health Clinician works with your medical provider to support your physical health, mental health, habits, behaviors, and emotions together.

Services may include support for:

  • Stress, anxiety, or mood changes
  • Impactful life events
  • Sleep concerns
  • Weight concerns
  • Grief or loss
  • Health-related behavior changes
  • Coping skills and practical tools
  • Smoking or tobacco cessation
  • Support related to a new or ongoing medical diagnosis

This short-term model is designed to provide brief support, practical tools, and follow-up connected to primary care.

Behavioral health services are available to patients who have their primary medical provider at NBHCP.

Dental Care

Our dental team provides preventive, diagnostic, restorative, and urgent dental services.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive oral evaluations and regular checkups
  • Professional cleanings
  • Routine X-rays
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Dental sealants for cavity prevention
  • Fillings and crowns
  • Some root canal treatments
  • Extractions
  • Urgent care for dental pain, infection, swelling, or bleeding
  • Oral health education
  • Referrals to specialists, including oral surgery and orthodontics

Pharmacy

Our full-service pharmacy is available to NBHCP patients and members of the community.

School-Based Health Services

Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy provides healthcare and behavioral health services through the Neah-Kah-Nie Student Health & Wellness Center.

  • Nutrition and weight counseling
  • Substance use education and support
  • Free condoms
  • Confidential prescriptions

Integrative & Holistic Health

Integrative health services may be available to established primary care patients as part of their care plan.

Services may include:

  • Naturopathic medicine
