Meet Our Newest Board Member: Patti Arnold

Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy is pleased to welcome Patti Arnold to our Board of Directors.
Patti joined the Board in July 2026 and brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience.
During her career, she served in executive finance and operations roles with multispecialty clinics, health plans and universities in Minnesota. She also brings decades of nonprofit board experience in areas including healthcare access, affordable housing, veteran services, social services and mental health.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board and become more involved in the community,” Patti said. “I’m especially interested in learning more about rural healthcare and supporting NBHCP’s work to improve access to care for the communities it serves.”
Patti has a longtime connection to the Nehalem Bay area. For decades, her family traveled to the Oregon Coast and camped at Nehalem Bay State Park, creating many memories here with their four adult children and 10 grandchildren. Patti and her family now have a home in Nehalem.
She especially values NBHCP’s work to improve access to primary care, behavioral health, dental care and pharmacy services, along with school-based healthcare and opportunities for students interested in healthcare careers.
Outside of board service, Patti enjoys biking, fly fishing, reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and acrylic abstract painting.
We’re glad to welcome Patti to the NBHCP Board of Directors!
