Nehalem Bay Health Center holds a variety of ongoing classes and programs throughout the year to help patients take an active role in managing their own health. The community is invited to join our events and activities.

Join us for a free three-week class featuring fresh vegetables from Moon River Farm in Nehalem.

  • Learn and share ideas about good food with Dr. Monte Gores, Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine at Nehalem Bay Health Center.

  • Participants receive fresh vegetables each week.

  • We will have language interpreters available at the classes and welcome participation from our entire community.

North Tillamook County Walking Group

North Tillamook County Walking Group on Hiatus

As of August 31, 2024, the North County Walking Group is on hold, possibly through the fall season. We hope to start the walking group up again in the spring. Thanks to those of you who participated this summer!
